MEET THE CHEF

My name is Jackie Servellon

I’m a trained chef with a specialty in pastry and baking, blending hands-on expertise with a passion for teaching. I studied at the Iowa Culinary Institute and bring my craft to life as the owner of Little Buns Bakehouse, an artisan pop-up bakehouse. I currently serve as the Pastry Sous Chef at Oak Park restaurant, where I create seasonal, elevated desserts. Beyond the kitchen, I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge through engaging, hands-on cooking and baking classes, inspiring others to explore their own creativity in the kitchen.
